Insurance Coverage & Refund Policy
- Coverage Eligibility
Insurance coverage applies only to shipments or services for which insurance was purchased at the time of booking or payment. Coverage is valid from the point of acceptance until final delivery, subject to the terms outlined below.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds under insurance coverage may be issued in the following cases:
• Loss of the insured package
• Irreparable damage occurring during transit
• Theft confirmed by official documentation
• Non-delivery within the insured coverage period due to carrier fault
All claims must be supported by relevant documentation, including proof of value, shipment details, and any required reports.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Insurance refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
• Delays caused by customs inspections or regulatory procedures in some cases
• Seizure or confiscation by customs or government authorities
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the sender
• Prohibited or restricted items shipped against regulations
• Normal wear and tear or improper packaging by the sender
- Refund Amount
Approved refunds will be limited to the declared insured value of the shipment and will not exceed the maximum coverage amount stated in the insurance agreement. Service fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Claim Submission Timeline
All insurance claims must be submitted in writing within 2 days of the delivery date or the confirmed loss date. Claims submitted after this period may be denied.
- Refund Processing
Once a claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 2 business days using the original payment method or an agreed alternative.
- Policy Amendments
This policy is subject to change without prior notice. The terms applicable will be those in effect at the time the insurance was purchased.
